| Patients are entitled to view their records free of charge. This can be done in practice, if we have the capacity, or via their online account. We can also print copies of records. This takes up to 30 days unless particularly complex. You will be advised if that is the case. | First Copy free, any additional copies charged at £1 per sheet |
